1. Introduction

• Fraud, bonus abuse, and money laundering will result in permanent account suspension.

8. Player Conduct

Players must not engage in abusive language, threats, or disruptive behaviour toward other players or staff. We reserve the right to suspend accounts at our sole discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Ontario.
